Shipping policy

At wristefy, we strive to deliver your favorite watches as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • We offer Free Shipping on all orders across Pakistan. (Or: We charge a flat shipping rate of Rs. 250 on all orders).

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, your order will reach your doorstep within 3 to 5 business days.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service all over Pakistan so you can pay securely at your doorstep when you receive your package.

  • Please ensure you are available to receive the call from our courier partner for successful delivery.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to register.

5. Damages and Issues

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at wristifypk7@gmail.com with your order number and a photo/video of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
